Terms and conditions

These terms govern the services offered by Montaggi Senza Stress.

By confirming an appointment, the client accepts the following conditions.

Operating methods and intervention conditions

To ensure precise, orderly work without unexpected issues, compliance with the following conditions is required.

Services offered

Montaggi Senza Stress provides services for:

• kitchen assembly (IKEA and other brands)

• furniture and furnishings assembly (IKEA and other brands)

• furniture disassembly

• wall anchoring

• custom adjustments and cuts on wood

• appliance installation

• design and purchasing support

• free quotes

• Inspections, if requested, cost €50, which is entirely deducted from the total if the job is confirmed.

Services not included 

Not included are:

• house moves or furniture transport

• plumbing or gas hookups

• system compliance certifications

• work on quartz, marble, or stone

• masonry or plant engineering works

• disposal of packaging or waste materials
  
  

Any additional services must be agreed upon separately.

Quotes

Quotes are free and without obligation. The price may vary in case of modifications requested during the work, conditions different from those initially communicated, or unforeseen extra work. 

Complete materials

Assembly can only be completed if all packages and components are present and intact.

Work area

The work area must be free, clear, and easily accessible upon arrival.

Additional work

Extra requests or modifications not included in the quote will be agreed upon and priced separately.

Systems

No plumbing or gas connections are performed. 

Any connections must be carried out by qualified and certified technicians. 

Montaggi Senza Stress cannot issue system certifications.

Timelines

Jobs are completed within the day. Different timelines may occur only for large-scale works or technical setbacks. 

Delays or unavailability

In case of significant delay, absence of the client, or inability to access the home at the agreed time, the appointment may be rescheduled, and a call-out fee may be requested for the wasted trip.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. In case of late cancellation, a small fee may be requested to cover the reserved time. 

Packaging disposal

The service does not include the collection or disposal of packaging, cardboard, or waste materials, which remain the client's responsibility.

Care of environments

Every intervention is carried out with attention and respect for spaces, protecting surfaces and leaving the room tidy at the end of the work.

Assembly warranty

Any problems related to assembly will be verified with availability and, if necessary, resolved with a follow-up check.

Liability

Montaggi Senza Stress is not responsible for factory defects of products, supplier delays, or issues arising from pre-existing non-compliant systems or structures.
